Making Sense of the Advance Child Tax Credit
This episode, our host Andrew Baron, CFP®, EA, is joined by Don Huff, CPA, of the JGUA Tax Department. In this episode, Don explains in more detail the definitions for a qualifying child under this new credit. Don also lays out the amounts that qualifying families can expect to receive from the new credit. Finally, the two offer up a few suggestions as to why families and/or individuals may want to consider opting out of the advanced payments.
